They're all going to hear something unique from one another because each one of those people has a different belief system, background, education, understanding of truth, and is learning a unique set of lessons in their life... |

 The Four Myths of Mindfulness Meditation by Ronald Alexander, PhD. Many people resist mindfulness meditation at first, although the time commitment is small and the payoff is enormous. Typically, those who resist meditation are buying in to one of the following four common myths that create resistance to regular mindfulness meditation practice.
